Meet Your Trainer/ Coach

My Journey

    Hi, I'm AJ. Hopkin, founder of Hopkins Fitness Training. I'm an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and ISSA Nutrition Coach (Nutrition Certification) & CPR Certified.

    Fitness has been part of my life since I was a kid. I grew up an athlete. But as I got older and became a dad, life got busy and I slowly started gaining the "dad body." After working a plant job, I ran into health challenges that affected my vision and came with medication side effects, inflammation, and weight gain. That experience pushed me to take my health seriously. I started researching inflammation, testing different foods and snacks, and learning what actually helped my body feel better and cleared my vision more.

    That curiosity turned into a purpose. I enrolled in nutrition courses, kept experimenting with training and meal strategies (without relying on "extra" shortcuts), and began building a system that helped me make real progress. Now I coach others using that same approach
